Is it a real psychometric test?
Yes. It covers what you are like and how you reason: the Big Five personality test (openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and stability), how you answer in interviews, and aptitude exercises.
Do I have to fill in a long questionnaire?
No. The Big Five test takes about 20 minutes, once. The rest comes from your practice interviews, automatically.
How does it help in the job interview?
