Does it work if I have no experience?
Yes, and that is where it helps most. Proxi asks you about internships, university projects, volunteering and summer jobs, and turns them into experience told as such. The hard part without help is not the lack of experience: it is not knowing that what you did counts.
What is this about ATS filters?
Almost every mid-size and large company runs CVs through software before a person ever sees them. If yours is not structured the way that software expects, it is discarded without anyone reading it. Proxi analyses it and tells you what to fix.
Can I download it as Word?
